You are responsible for reading and understanding all documents before signing. Failure to do so does not constitute grounds for disputing terms or obligations.
Electronic signatures on any agreements, contracts, or forms shall be considered legally binding and equivalent to handwritten signatures.
All payments for services are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

6. Arbitration Agreement

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to our services, including consultations (free or paid), shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and shall take place in Texas. You waive your right to bring a class action or participate in any class-wide legal proceedings.
